Creative Economy Week has ended
Welcome to Creative Economy Week in Eau Claire!

During Creative Economy Week we’ll shine a spotlight on the strong and growing arts and culture economy in Eau Claire and the Chippewa Valley. We want to recognize the efforts and importance of the creative class workers that add to the quality of life we enjoy in Eau Claire.

The creative economy is a powerful engine of growth and community vitality. Together, artists, cultural nonprofits, and creative businesses produce and distribute cultural goods and services that generate jobs, revenue, and quality of life. A thriving cultural sector leads to thriving communities. The arts and culture sector in the U.S. is a $699 billion industry, providing 4.3 percent of the nation’s GDP. This impact drives economic development on the national, state, regional, and local level.

Hello! I’m Jacki, the owner, designer, and jewelry fixer upper at Jacqueline Renee.  What I love to do most is create beautiful jewelry for awesome people.  My love for art started early, but my fondness for metal came from attending UW-Stout and earning a Bachelor’s degree in Art Education.  After graduation I apprenticed under another jeweler and I kept learning the trade; later on I became a certified gemologist through GIA.

I believe in creating an atmosphere that is relaxed, fun, and authentic.  No one needs to feel intimidated when they are buying jewelry, and everyone is welcome to my studio regardless of budget or personality.

If you are looking for a different experience with no fuss and no attitude then I welcome you to contact me.

When I’m not creating, repairing, or appraising your fabulous jewelry, I might be found in my favorite yoga class, drinking way too much coffee with friends, or exploring the unknown.
